Defining Similar Car Crashes

Stationary objects could mean:

  • Trees
  • Guardrails
  • Utility Poles
  • Traffic Barriers
  • Fences
  • Buildings

These kinds of accidents can happen for a variety of reasons, even if it was a single-vehicle crash:

  • Intoxication
  • Reckless Driving (e.g. Speeding)
  • Fatigued or Distracted Driving
  • Adverse Weather Conditions
  • Poorly Maintained Roads
  • Defective Car or Truck Parts
  • Other Negligent Drivers

These types of car accidents usually injure drivers in the following ways:

  • Neck, Back, and Spinal Cord Injuries
  • Leg, Hips, and Knee Injuries
  • Soft Tissue Injury
  • Cuts, Scratches, and Bruises
  • Broken Bones
  • Amputation
